Kitchen Sink Iris

I may have mentioned here before that irises are my favorite flower. I don't know what it is about them - the rich colors, the exotic shape, the fact that my hometown is the iris capital of the world - but I love them. I have iris art all over my house, especially the living room. And when I saw Kitchen Sink Stamps' multi-step iris stamps, I knew I would have to add them to my collection. They've been sitting on my wish-list for awhile, and then I found out last week that KSS was having a sale, so I finally ordered them! I picked up a sentiment set, too. Service was great and I had my stamps in just a couple of days - it helps that KSS and I are in the same time state and time zone!
I'm always a little nervous when I ink up stamps from a new (to me) company for the first time. I have to tell you, I was so impressed with these stamps. They take ink well, are easy to use, and I made this card from them on my first use - no practice inking or stamping or anything! I love the look you get with the multi-step system. I will definitely get a lot of use out of these!
Supplies:
Stamps: Iris, sentiment, Kitchen Sink Stamps
Ink: Various Memento, SU, Kaisercraft inks
Cardstock: Neenah white, SU perfect plum, PTI royal velvet
Accessories: Sizzix embossing folder, button, ribbon
