Baby bib

Can you believe I was rejected? :) I made this card for a Papercrafts submission call last month and sadly, it was not accepted. I was so happy with it, too! The call was for baby cards in non-traditional colors. I had just recently received my Taylored Expressions Key Ingredients kit for August, and it had some fun Echo Park papers in it that I thought would work great for a non-traditional baby card. I made the little bib using Nestabilities, cutting out one edge of the circle to create the bib shape. The letter stickers and the patterned papers are from Echo Park's Walk in the Park collection. If you haven't checked out this new line of papers, I highly recommend it. The papers are 12x12, but nearly every pattern is small enough to work well for cardmaking. They run lots of fun contests on their Facebook page, too!
Supplies:
Paper: Bazzill cardstock, choice buttecream, Walk in the Park from Echo Park Paper
Accessories: Nestabilities, ribbn, corner rounder, Walk in the Park alpha stickers

It's an absolutely adorable card. When they put out calls like that, it's too wide open because you could have a GREAT card but when combined with other cards on the spread, it may not go and then get put aside--NOT rejected. It all has to do with what goes with what in the photographer's palette. Talk about being up early--look at you!!!
