Lilac Inukshuk

Here's another card I made for last weekend's VSN over on Splitcoast. The theme this round was the Winter Olympics and my pal Denise asked us to take inspiration from the inukshuk mascot. She created a sketch based on the shape of the inukshuk for us to use. I turned the sketch on its side (look carefully and hopefully you can see the shape!) I was struggling a bit with what to do, so I pulled out my current favorite goodies, my Lilac Avenue collection from Kaisercraft. The patterned papers, die cut sentimetn, flower and brad are all from the collection. It was a quick one, perfect for the 45-minute timeframe of VSN.
Supplies:
Paper: Vintage Violet (retired SU), Kaisercraft Lilac Avenue
Accessories: vintage violet ribbon, KC Lilac Avenue die cut and embellishments

Oh this is very nice. I'm disappointed I missed the VSN. I was just too exhausted after a long day. I'll make it to the next one though.
