Today I have a fun non-card project for you. A close friend of mine recently celebrated the big 40 and I couldn't let that go without a fun little project. I had seen something similar on pinterest and took the idea and ran with it. I used a small metal pail I picked up at JoAnn's as my base, added a styrofoam ball and built an "arrangement" of suckers in the styrofoam. It took about 100 suckers to fill this up, and it was pretty heavy by the end!
I printed the sentiments - front and back - on my computer and used nestabilities to cut them out and layer them on a skewer. I added a bow and voila! My friend lives in another state, so I had to mail this off to her. Hopefully it arrived in one piece!
