Thank you cut-out

So my sister has been complaining lately because I haven't been blogging much. I haven't had much time to stamp the last few weeks, and the little stamping I've done has been for publication submission or for upcoming events. And since my sister and several other people in my family read the blog, I don't want to share cards here and then give them to them later! But that's enough excuses. Today I'm trying to get back into the groove!

Also, thanks to the advice of my friend Lee Murphy (who I actually got to meet recently during a quick work trip to Denver! Yay! ) I have turned off the word verification on my account so it is much easier to comment on my blog now.

Now for today's card: I was headed to a friend's house a few weeks ago so we could do a little crafting together. As I headed out the door, I was struck by a bit of inspiration and grabbed my butterfly punch. That afternoon, I made about a dozen cards using the butterfly cutout, patterned paper and various sentiments from Hero Arts. This one is one of my favorites. A super simple card that goes together fast but is still pretty!

That's all for me today. Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies:
Stamps: Hero Arts
Ink: Old Olive
Cardstock: Neenah white, SU soft sky, Crate Paper Paper Heart
Accessories: Butterfly punch, Kaisercraft pearls, ribbon
