Happy Easter everyone! Today I have a pair of Easter cards to share. They are the same basic layout and design, with a slight variation in colors. The color combination was inspired by the new Echo Park Summer Days paper I ordered recently. I love these colors - they are definitely summery, but I thought they worked well for spring, too!
The images are from Stampin UP; they were colored with Copics and I used the broad end of my sketch markers to make basket marks on the basket. I like how this turned out and will definitely try it again. I added a few touches of glitter to the eggs for a bit of sparkle and finished them off with a button and twine. If you're celebrating Easter today, I hope you have a great day with lots of family, friends and fun. Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies:
Stamps: Bunny Hugs, SU
Ink: Memento tuxedo black, Copic markers
Paper: melon mambo, bermuda bay, yoyo yellow, choice white, Echo Park Summer Days
Accessories: buttons, twine, Cuttlebug embossing folder, Stickles
