Thank you, thank you very much

Hi all! I had to do a little redecorating of the blog for the New Year - the background I was using was a freebie and the company moved servers, but sadly they didn't take along my background with them. It took me so long to find one I liked so it was a sad discover, sniff ... I did find another that will work at least temporarily. And maybe after almost five years of blogging it's time to invest in my own custom background and banner. Something to ponder!

Now on to today's card! I screwed up this Christmas. My aunt loves Elvis, and ever since I picked up this Elvis stamp from Cornish Heritage Farms a few years ago, I have made her an Elvis card for Christmas. But not this year. I ran out of time and mojo while working on the holiday cards, so I just sent her one of the cards from my holiday stash. When I saw her at Christmas, she gave me a little grief for not sending her a new Elvis for her collection! I am hoping this one makes up for it. It's actually a thank you for the Christmas gift she gave me. I kept it wintery, but hopefully the color pallette and papers are not too Christmassy! All the supplies except the stamp image are from the Taylored Expressions December Key Ingredients kit. I added a touch of glue and some iridescent glitter to the image for a little sparkle on the snowflakes.
Supplies:
Stamps: Blue Christmas,CHF
Ink: Memento Rich cocoa
Paper:bazzill, choice white
Accessories: ribbon, glitter, TE snowflake die, snowflake brad

I just love that stamp. You did a great job with this card, wintry but not Christmasy.
