I was so lucky to win a contest on Ellen Hutson's Facebook page recently! She was giving away stamps from Hero Arts' new release and I won Row of Houses, which just happens to be my favorite of their new stamps! I knew immediately that I would pair it with this sentiment from Amuse. I was trying to figure out how to make one house in the row stand out without having to color the stamp. So I stamped a few of the houses with versamark on patterned paper, then embossed them with clear EP and cut one out. It's hard to see in the photo, but with the embossing, you can see the windows and other details of the image. I can't wait to play some more with this fun image!
Supplies:
Stamps: Row of Houses, Hero Arts; sentiment, Amuse
Ink: Memento tuxedo black, Versamark
Paper: tempting turquoise, basic black, neenah white, Me and My Big Ideas patterned papers
Accessories: embossing powder, ribbon, Kaisercraft rhinestones

Congrats on the win -- love how you used these stamps -- too cute -- love those colors too.
