A few weeks ago I found myself in need of a sympathy card for a friend who lost a parent. These are never easy cards to make and I was on a tight schedule, so I pulled out some green ink and a Tim Holtz stamp and came up with this one. I was aiming for simple and soothing, and I think I accomplished that with this card.Supplies:
Stamps: Tim Holtz, SU Sincere Salutations
Ink: SU mellow moss
Paper: kraft, choice buttercream, old olive
Accessories: button, linen thread

Very elegant. I agree that sympathy cards are difficult. I try to have a few made up ahead of time.
