Walk in the (wet) Park

Hope all of you US residents had a chance to get out and vote today! I believe it's important to let your voice be heard through the voting process. OK, speech over. Have I mentioned lately how much I'm loving Echo Park Paper? The papers on this card are from the Walk in the Park collection. I love the colors and patterns in this paper - they are perfect for cardmaking! I pulled them out for this card for the Hope You Can Cling To card drive on Splitcoast. Cindy's challenge was to be inspired by little girls, pink, and/or childhood memories. I love raincoats and rain boots when I was younger, so I paired this little girl image with a pink card base for the card. I paper-pieced her umbrella and boots using more Echo Park Walk in the Park.
Supplies:
Stamps: MFT Pure Innocence My Umbrella
Ink: Memento rich cocoa, Copic markers
Cardstock: Pretty in pink, chocolate chip, choice buttercream, Echo Park Walk in the Park
