CAS holiday card

Sometimes I fall behind when it comes to the latest and coolest crafty supplies. I was so surprised recently in my local JoAnn's store to discover that Basic Grey and Sizzix had teamed up to make embossing folders. I had to have a set of two holiday embossing folders, which happened to come with a coordinating die, after I saw them! Fortunately they were on sale and I got them for about $10! It seemed like a great deal to me! This is one of the first cards I made with them. The white paper is spritzed with iridescent gold glimmer mist. The holly die was the coordinating die that came with the set of embossing folders. I added Christmas red stickles to the berries for more sparkle. Otherwise, the card, which measures 3.5 by 5 inches, was kept super simple. I think I will make more of these as part of my 2010 holiday cards!
Supplies:
Stamps: All holidays, SU
Ink: Always artichoke
Paper: artichoke, real red, neenah white
Accessories: Sizzix/BG embossing folder and die, Glimmer mist, stickles, ribbon

Brava! Very nice card. I have not seen this embossing folder. I have some by Sizzix but not this one. Great job.
