Scarlet snow

I took a few days off from work and blogging last week to celebrate the end of summer! Some friends were visiting from out of town so I spent a day at the beach with them and another day at Disneyland/California Adventure! Having easy access to these places is one of the big benefits of living in southern California. I had a blast with my friends, but now it's time to get back into the crafting/blogging groove! Today's card is another of the Hometown tour challenges some SCS friends and I played in over the summer. This card is for Lee's hometown tour of Colorado Springs, Colo. She asked us to make a card featuring snow! I started with a scarlet jewel card base, and then cuttlebugged a panel of neenah white cardstock. I sprayed the cardstock with vanilla shimmer Smooch spritz for added sparkle. I kept the card simple, adding an embossed sentiment onto a nestie tag to make a fast and easy holiday card!
Supplies:
Stamps: Snow swirled
Ink: versamark
Paper: Scarlet jewel (PTI), neenah white
Accessories: Nesties, corner rounder, Cuttlebug, Smooch Spritz vanilla shimmer
