Res-Q 35 and Jean's sketch

I haven't had much stamping time since the big VSN weekend, but I did sit down for a few minutes tonight to do some creating. I've been wanting to work on a card for this week's Res-Q Challenge, in which Denise asked us to use text. And then my pal Jean, aka Naturecoastcrafter, had a card of hers chosen as inspiration for today's sketch challenge on SCS, so I combined the two challenges to create this card. My friend's husband is turning 50 in a few weeks so I translated "fifty" into a bunch of different languages and then put them into www.wordle.net to make a collage, then printed it out using my computer to make the main panel. I finished the card with a little embossing, a couple of brads and a sentiment and called it good. I used orange as my accent color because it's the recipient's favorite color. Hopefully the sentiment doesn't look to feminine; it just happened to be the one sitting on my craft table when I sat down to stamp.
Supplies:
Stamps: sentiment from Gina K Designs
Ink: printer, Memento tuxedo black
Paper: tangerine tango, basic black, basic gray, neenah white
Accessories: brads from Queen and Co., Cuttlebug
