Lilac dragonfly

Here's another dragonfly card I made for Taylor's Dragonfly Card Drive. You can find out more about the card drive HERE. My sketch was inspired by Jen del Muro's weekly Sketch For You to Try, which you can see HERE. My card didn't have quite as much white space as Jen's sketch, but since I was trying to use the dragonfly image, I made it work the best I could. This card features more of Kaisercraft's Lilac Avenue collection - the patterned paper peeking out from the left side of the card, the ribbon and the scallop die cut are all from the collection. I inked the dragonfly images in Kaisercraft's amethyst ink and edged the stamps with SU's vintage violet. It was a little weird mixing pigment and die ink on the stamp, but I think the outcome was pretty good!
Supplies:
Stamps: All I have seen, SU (retired)
Ink: KC amethyst, SU vintage violet
Paper: Vintage violet, pale plum, KC Lilac Avenue, whisper white
Accessories: ribbon, die cut from KC Lilac Avenue

I haven't seen this dragonfly for a long time. It was a favorite. Great card.
